Sprite Battle of the Bands
All eyes were on the marching bands from Florida A & M
University, Johnson C. Smith University, N.C. A&T University,
N.C. Central University, Shaw University and South Carolina State
University as they took the field to perform at the first annual
Sprite Battle of the Bands. Bragging rights and scholarship money
were on the line as the bands displayed their school's dynamic
music programs.

Summer Grillin
CCBCC kicked off the summer with the Backyard BBQ media
merchandised promotion giving consumers a chance to win a fully
catered BBQ for 50 friends and family members. A total of 15
families from 10 CCBCC targeted markets won a grand
prize.

Mexico National Team and World Cup
Excitment
CCBCC shared the Worldwide excitement leading into the World
Cup with our activation of the Mexico vs. Iceland soccer game held
in Charlotte. Over 64,000 fans from 5 states attended the game.
This event created brand awareness, excitement and interest around
the game, allowing our core fans to connect deeply with their
favorite brand Coca-Cola.

Hispanic Heritage Month
Mexican people all over the world celebrated the
200th anniversary of their independence.
In Charlotte, CCBCC partnered with Norson
Multimedia to present the 1st
annual Mexican Independence Festival. Over
16,000 people attended the free festival that included local and
national entertainment, food vendors, arts & crafts, service
sponsors and non-profit organizations that service
Latinos.

Latin American Festival
The sounds of Latin drums and beats were a rock throw from
the Corporate office as the Latin American Coalition held it's
20th Annual Festival at Symphony Park.
"CCBCC has been the proud beverage sponsor for all 20 years" said
Don Coleman Director of Multicultural Marketing. Over 15,000 people
experienced Latin music, dances, arts & crafts, traditional
foods, children's activities and cultural exhibits.

Customer Appreciation Day
CCBCC invited retailers out for a day of racing excitement
at the 2010 All Star Race in Charlotte, NC. Retailers who qualified
for the event received two tickets to the race, special VIP
access to several Coca-Cola Racing Family drivers, a concert by
Creed and Josh Gracin and autograph sessions with Carolina Panther
Steve Smith, car owner Richard Childress and pro wrestler Jeff
Hardy. The 2010 event included close to 1200 retailers from across
CCBCC's territory.

Fanta Festival
This annual CCBCC event for our Hispanic community is a one-day,
highly publicized Cinco de Mayo celebration attracting more than
30,000 children and adults from Charlotte's Hispanic community.
The FREE event features internationally known musical acts,
celebrity appearances, children's games and activities and
folkloric dance performances. An open-air food court offers
authentic Latin American cuisine and the Latin American mercado
sells hand-made, imported goods and specialty products.
